About Lanie Gardner

Lanie Gardner imbues her brand of country with rock riffs, pop hooks, and an introspective streak that invites listeners into her personal life. The North Carolina native first made her name with a viral cover of Fleetwood Mac's "Dreams," earning her a major-label deal with Republic Records in late 2020. Over the next few years, she built up her profile with singles like the edgy "Better Luck Next Guy" and "Daughter of a Gun," as well as a contribution to the popular Twisters soundtrack. After leaning more heavily into her more intimate side on the self-written 2024 full-length A Songwriter's Diary, Gardner issued the 2025 EP Polaroids.
