Having built a strong collaborative base in Australia's thriving music scene, Melbourne-based KYE infuses her dreamy, relationship-focused pop with R&B and flecks of electronic. Born in Zimbabwe, the singer/songwriter grew up in London, England before starting her musical career after collaborating with artists in Melbourne's arts scene. She took early steps into music with artists like Billy Davis and Slum Sociable before releasing a solo single with 2020's groovy "Good Company." 2021 saw the release of the R&B-addled "Sometimes" and the Sampa the Great/18YOMAN-assisted "Gold."
