In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew up in the Maritimes in a musical home. My earliest musical memory is of my parents singing together in the kitchen. My mom was harmonizing and I wanted to figure out how to do that. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bon Iver, For Emma, Forever Ago Fleetwood Mac, Fleetwood Mac Lauryn Hill, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill These are sounds that shaped the music that I make. These albums massively influenced the way that I write lyrics and arrange my songs. I wish I could have included more like Novo Amor, James Taylor, Adele 19, Amy Winehouse, and Imogen Heap. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? 1. I want to play a tiny desk concert one day. 2. I want to play at some major festivals like Bonnaroo, Coachella, and in Europe and the UK.
