In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was surrounded by the local music of Motown, and rock bands from afar - at a very early age, while my parents played a wide variety of music ranging from jazz to pop. Music frequently wafted through our home day and night. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? The Beatles, Rubber Soul The Tubes, The Completion Backward Principle Todd Rundgren, Nearly Human Impossible to really choose - and I didn't want to go with the standard popular choices - these 3 range from groundbreaking to just really good songwriting, to well produced pop music with complex sonic palettes making them exciting to listen to. Tell us why you chose this song. “Going Home” This is my first release with more on the way - I selected it as the leadoff single for its catchy ear worm chorus, upbeat feel & mainstream commercial potential. The "feel good" emotion of the song is something I'd love to share with others. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I was able to write and produce songs and music for placements in a number of feature films - working directly with directors, producers and actors, while sharpening my songwriting skill set to prepare for the next chapter of my journey. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I consider myself a songwriter first - so my immediate goal is to have my recordings heard by a wide audience to gain exposure - but ultimately - to have other artists pick up or cover my songs. That would be a nice achievement.
