In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My father was in the military when I was a kid and we lived in Wiesbaden, Germany at the time. My parents signed my up a for my first talent show a maybe age 8 or 9. I performed Backstreet Boy "I Want It That Way" and won first place. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Chris Brown, Fortune (Expanded Edition) Day26, Day26 Mariah Carey, The Emancipation of Mimi Growing up, I loved the soothing sounds of R&B with touches of country, pop, rock & roll, classical, and many others genres. Tell us why you chose this song. “AYWY (A YEAR WITHOUT YOU)” In 2019, I wrote a poetry book entitled "A Year Without You". That experience inspired me to titled a track from my first EP after my book. Touring with my poetry book and connecting with community lit a spark within me. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? In 2015, I starred in Patrik-Ian Polk's Blackbird alongside Academy Award Winner Mo'Nique, Isisah Washington and Gary L. Gary. This experience was my introduction to the big screen. A moment I will forever cherish. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'm eager to work with creatives on more music. The time is now and I'm more ready than I've ever been!
