About Judah Band

An exuberant melting pot of rock, funk, pop, and even classical, Indianapolis-based collective Judah Band added a unique zest to their brand of gospel on albums like 2015's The Return of Glory and its 2018 follow-up, Gone Fishin'.

Founded by singer, songwriter, and producer G. Randy Weston, Judah Band took their messages of faith and hope on the road in 2014, building up a fervent fan base with their energetic performances and fun gospel party band style. They signed with Malaco subsidiary Xist Music to release their debut album, The Return of Glory, in 2015. Two years later, they announced a move to eOne imprint Light Records and released the three-song EP For My Good. A second EP, More Than I Ever Expected, appeared in early 2018, followed later that year by the full-length Gone Fishin', which debuted at number seven on Billboard's Top Gospel Albums chart.
