Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was 3, I used to sit on a swiveling bar stool at my parents' console listen to my mom's 8-track of Fleetwood Mac Rumours through those big black headphones.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Brooks & Dunn, Red Dirt Road Dua Lipa, Future Nostalgia Deluxe Queen, Queen: Greatest Hits Red Dirt Road--my all-time fav country album, top to bottom perfect. Future Nostalgia is my favorite album of any genre from the last 5 years. Queen are a classic, creative juggernaut that reminds me to have fun when I'm writing.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Six Strings and the Truth” I wrote this about seeing Chris Stapleton back in 2016. But it turns out to be a perfect metaphor for my career so far. It was my first iTunes feature--the staff picked it for the front page! Nashville and country radio hated it. So, be yourself!
