In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I began writing music around the age of five. My older brother found me a small, pink toy piano with missing keys and a missing leg in the neighborhood garbage. He set it up, using a rock for support, and I played it endlessly learning songs by ear. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bruce Brubaker, Max Cooper, Glassforms Underworld, Dubnobasswithmyheadman Various Artists, Reich Remixed The hybrid of electronic music composition and acoustic orchestra is what inspires me most. Underworld and Steve Reich's electronic music influenced me in my youth. Glassforms by Max Cooper and Bruce Brubaker inspires me as a more mature composer. The performance of the piano is continuously looped while performing on a Minimoog Voyager and Elektron MachineDrum, two of my favorite pieces of electronic instruments.
