Canadian Jahson Paynter has a knack for writing dreamy, emotional songs that combine alternative R&B and folk with textured bedroom pop production. The singer/songwriter broke out in 2025 with "Maple Brown" and "Genny, Please!," two singles that showcased his musical range and warm tenor vocals. He released his debut EP, Is Anybody Home?!, in 2026.
