In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Roadtrips to Waihi (beachtown in NZ) listening to my parents' favourite songs the whole way there. Tell us why you chose this song. “Bittersweet” After finishing "Dim Lights" we wanted to record another song but this time from home. I love the atmosphere of this track and it always takes me back to writing and recording with some of my closest friends. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Recording the live one-take video for my song "Everyday People" for Rhythm of the Soul video series. Jessica and I were on a rooftop playing this song, the Auckland wind was horrendous but the rooftops and fairy lights made it feel like magic.
