Indian Askin

A shape-shifting Dutch psych rock quartet with a razor-sharp punk aesthetic, Amsterdam-based Indian Askin was formed in 2012 around the talents of Chino Ayala (lead guitar, vocals), Ferry Kunst (drums), Jasja Offermans (bass, vocals), and Bart van der Elst (keys). The self-described "now-punk" quartet, who cite the '60s, '70s, and '90s (they were all born during the '80) as their most influential decades, started generating regional buzz in 2015 with the release of their infectious first single "Answer." ~ James Christopher Monger
