Iguana Death Cult

Delivering a bold and playfully snarky brand of rock & roll that draws from both current and vintage garage rock, surf guitar, old school punk, and indie rock, Iguana Death Cult are a band from Rotterdam who are making a name for themselves among adventurous rock fans both at home and abroad. Possessing genuine wit without seeming goofy, Iguana Death Cult mixed tough songs with expressive twang and growl on their debut album, 2017's The First Stirrings of Hideous Insect Life. They showed off a more eclectic sound informed by 1970s rock and pop forms on 2019's Nude Casino, and regular jam sessions during the COVID-19 lockdown produced the songs on 2023's Echo Palace.
