In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was underdeveloped musically then but I remember talking about forming a rock band with a childhood guitarist friend. That never actually happened, but in my mind, I was already a rockstar. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Nirvana, Nevermind Olivia Dean, Messy Santana, Ultimate Santana The greatests of Santana. The vocals, guitar, drums, and guests make it super eclectic. Highlighting Santana as a World artist. Messy by Olivia Dean, expressive, Olivia stays true to herself. Nevermind is playfully aggressive, I won't stop loving it. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “How She Rises” I like the uplifting vibes but also appreciate the shifting to the third person which maximizes the empathetic output of the song. The warm vocals also feel very close to me as a listener. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? So far, it's being in NYC and pre-listening the masters of my debut EP at around 3 am since the engineer was in Berlin. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I really want to collaborate with more singers for the most expressive sounds and do more live DJ sets.
