In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memory is standing in church singing hymns. I don't remember the exact hymns we sang that Sunday but I remember the pure enjoyment of singing. Church hymns have had a huge influence on my musical development and song writing. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Clint Black, Killin' Time George Strait, Blue Clear Sky Keith Whitley, Don't Close Your Eyes Remastered These three albums are my favorite because they have so many great timeless songs on them. All of them have influenced how I sing and how I think about song writing. They also bring back great memories of my dad and I listening to the radio. Tell us why you chose this song. “I Can't Wait” This song is very close to my heart because I wrote it shortly after I found out my wife was pregnant. I love this song because it puts to words my feelings for my child and the memories I can't wait to make with them. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The most memorable moments for me are when people come up to me after a show and tell me how much they love and resonate with my original songs. That personal connection that I make with others through music is what drives me to keep going. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There's lots of thing left on my bucket list but definitely the top things I'd love to do as an artist is to make music full time (as I still work a full time job) and play at the Grand Ole Opry.
