In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember listening to gospel music in church growing up. I remember this particular experience when the whole church sang in unison and changed my perspective on music. I also vividly remember attending the Chicago Symphony Orchestra as a kid. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bon Iver, 22, A Million Kanye West, Graduation Lupe Fiasco, Lupe Fiasco's The Cool (Deluxe Edition) These three albums not only shaped my sound but also shaped my childhood & adulthood. I definitely feel cannot leave out all of the mixtapes that molded and shaped my experience with music. Such as Da Drought 3, Kush & OJ, King Remembered In Time,etc Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Dreams Into Reality” This song was so inspiring to create because it was a message to my younger self. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My most memorable moment was performing in front of my hometown at the "Safe Summer Community Cookout." This was the happiest moment in my career to perform in Harvey, Illinois. The energy and crowd was incredible. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would love to perform outside of America. I would also love to perform at Lollapalooza and Coachella. I also would love to work with Lupe Fiasco, Big Krit, Sade, Cosmo Pyke, Jessie Reyez, Jill Scott, and Justin Vernon. I want to go diamond too.
