When I was about 12, while I was waiting for my teacher to arrive for my after-school lessons, I used to noodle around on the piano, not wanting to practice the songs I had to. My teacher was often late, letting me improvise. Little did I know... What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Carole King, Tapestry Herbie Hancock, Head Hunters Steely Dan, Aja Remastered It's nearly impossible to choose only 3 albums. I went with Tapestry for the fact that all the songs are so well written and emotional that they are instant classics as soon as you hear them. Head Hunters I know by heart, Aja for the sound. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “One Day Good Enough” I'm choosing this song b/c of its imperfections. It may be at times out of tune. I hear in my head layers that could have been added to make it better. But it would go against its spirit. The song, as it is, inspired me a few times to carry on. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I must say the year 2022 when I participated in Weekly Beats, an international challenge for musicians to create a song every week, which I completed with 52 songs composed or improvised, and recorded by the end of it. A life changing experience. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I have made a few people cry with my song Ydomei. So at this point, I'm just coasting...
