In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memory is when my parents would take me to see live music, I remember they’d shove toilet paper in my ears so that my ears What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Failure, Magnified feeble little horse, Girl with Fish julie, my anti-aircraft friend Feeble little horse - their sound immerses you into a world that feels like a dream. Julie - There’s so much power in each song. Failure - I’ve never heard another band like Failure. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Say My Name” Say my name feels special because that’s one of the first songs we recorded and released, that song helped us meet the person who we ended up spending months with recording and made herly berly solidify as a real band with an identity. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments is when Blue Room reached out to Herly Berly to play their record store day event. We have a lot of respect for Third Man Records so to be asked to play by them was a huge deal! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? My bucket list is HUGE. My main goal is to tour with artists that inspire me (I’ve got a long list) and I’d also love for herly berly to collaborate with other artists in the future, most importantly I want to see the world through touring!
