About Glytch da Rip

In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was in a group called "New Bread". I was trying to get a verse, but it was already 4 people in the group. I was the fifth member. So what I did was use some instrumentals nobody was using and just started writing hooks to them. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Canibus, Can-I-Bus Lupe Fiasco, Lupe Fiasco's The Cool The Isley Brothers, The Isleys Live To me these 3 albums defined my upbringing. Rap wasn't always played. But a lot of soul, funk music was playing. Ironically, we use a lot of soul and funk samples in our music today. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Worldbreaker” This song was really inspired by "The Incredible Hulk". I dealt with a lot of "red tape" trying to get my music made. It was building up a certain "rage" almost like a breaking point. I decided to lash out in this song. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? When I performed at a club a while back. People never seen or heard me perform before. So when they saw what I was capable of doing, that was when people started to acknowledge my talent. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would love to write a gospel song. My mother is a pastor. And I think she would love it if I could come up with a nice gospel song. With a very catchy hook.
