This song reflects the tension I explore between who we are and who we’re becoming. Lost in Control echoes what I aim to change and transform through my work. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Futurizing myself 25 years ago at 29 saved my life. I was ready to give up, but seeking help led me to become an osteopath, author, wellbeing futurist, Fitfull Futures Explorer – and now also a songwriter and music generator.
