In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I heard this old song "Tell Laura I Love Her" when I was 7 years old, and it made me cry. My older sister was listening to the record and I came in her room to hear it. I remember being amazed that a song could do that to me....-TJ What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Ape Machine, This House Has Been Condemned Iron Maiden, Brave New World The Beach Boys, Pet Sounds Pet Sounds; love every song; Sloop John B; reminds me of my dad. Beach Boys are all he listens to-TJ. Tell us why you chose this song. “My Girl's a Djinn” It was the first song we wrote for this band and we felt really captured the sound and the style we were going for. It was to be fantasy inspired, have a metal kind of edge, while invoking blues. So it pulls you to the mystical in a familiar way. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Back in high school, I had this band named "Oyster Jelly". We were just a cover band. But the senior class that year was in danger of not having prom, because lack of funding. So we played a benefit show at the school in support and got em the $$. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I always said I would be remiss if we never played these songs live, which to this point we haven't once been able to do.
