Envy Of None

Combining elements of icy alternative synth rock, lofty progressive rock, and dark contemporary pop, Envy of None was founded in 2021 by guitar legend Alex Lifeson (Rush), bassist Andy Curran (Coney Hatch), producer/engineer Alfio Annibalini, and singer/songwriter Maiah Wynne. Bolstered by Lifeson's inventive guitar work and Wynne's incisive vocals and spectral melodies, the group released the singles "Liar" and "Look Inside" in early 2022. Both songs appeared on the band's eponymous full-length debut later that year. That Was Then, This Is Now, which featured remixes of two previously released tracks and three new compositions, appeared in 2023.
