The ensemble appeared on the album Brel & Barbara: A Cappella in 2018. Ensemble Aedes appeared on various operatic and ballet recordings before releasing its debut as a primary artist, Majesté: Lalande, in 2018. Ensemble Aedes issued a recording of Stravinsky's Les noces and a choral adaptation of Ravel's Bolero in 2023.
