In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I recall a Sears catalogue at Christmas time featuring an Elvis Presley doll dressed in a black leather coat. He looked so cool. My parents then played me the Rolling Stones' compilation album, 'Hot Rocks'. It all began right about there. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bruce Springsteen, Born to Run Rush, Power Windows Remastered Warren Zevon, Excitable Boy Excitable Boy. Broken, sincere and funny. Makes me smile every time I hear it. Power Windows. The perfect blend of virtuosic playing and incredibly thoughtful words. Born to Run. From start to finish, it's a perfect album and my biggest influence. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Electric Minds” 'Electric Minds' took over a decade to write. I always knew the direction the song was going but it required a certain amount of life experience to drive the points home. It's a self-reflection in conversational form. I love to sing this one. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The first time I heard somebody sing one of my own songs back to me. A song comes from a dreamlike place that only you know, and then it gets released out into the world. When somebody else sings it, it's as if the dream was real.
