In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember listening to the soundtrack of Disney’s Robin Hood over and over as a child. Roger Miller’s Not in Nottingham touched me deeply. A situation and emotion I should not relate to was transmitted with his words and music. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Counting Crows, August and Everything After Eagles, Desperado Steely Dan, The Royal Scam (2025 Remaster) It's hard to choose favorites, but these albums have no bad tracks. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “I'll Be Damned” This song is the most autobiographical song I have ever written. It's how I feel about my wife and our long relationship. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing at the House of Blues with the band Prime of Life. It felt like a legitimate gig. The second most memorable was when our singer had to cancel and I sang all the songs at the Prophet Bar. My first time being a true frontman. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to be successful as a solo act and tour under my own name.
