In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Many people are surprised to hear that I was raised on country music. There are videos that my grandparents filmed of me in my cowboy hat, boots, guitar and diaper singing along to the songs from Pure Country starring George Strait. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? LINKIN PARK, Hybrid Theory Lil Wayne, Tha Carter III Mac Miller, K.I.D.S. Hybrid Theory tops the list. My favorite era of music has always been late 90's-2000's and they really led the charge. Tha Carter III had a certain star power I had never experienced before. And K.I.D.S taught me you don't need a lot to make magic. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “School Picture Day (feat. MOD SUN)” Collaborating with MOD SUN was a pivotal moment for me. I think SPD is the most uplifting song on my upcoming project, "Thank you for Listening." It promotes healthy thoughts and attitudes. To always keep smiling and never give up on the dream! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? On a well-known tour, I was the unknown, nervous artist but went out and did my thing. The crowds loved it, and people continued to come to my sets throughout the tour. It was a realization that I could make a run at something special with my music. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Touring the world is my ultimate goal. Nothing beats the connection you get from a supportive audience, their energy is a high that no drug can match. If I can do that globally, I'll die a happy man.
