In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I wrote my first song at eleven while playing NBA Ballers, using its in-game beats to rap with my cousins. We’d perform our songs for family, and soon I was doing talent shows and local events — that’s where my passion for music began. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Tell us why you chose this song. “Proud” My song “Proud” is special to me because it’s dedicated to my wife and the life we’re building together. It’s a musical testimony of love, gratitude, and the joy of growing with someone who truly believes in you. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of my most memorable moments is singing at my home church, Ebenezer Baptist in Atlanta, before President Jimmy Carter and Reverend Jesse Jackson. Being heard and encouraged by them reminds me to stay humble and keep using my gift to uplift others Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I feel like my career is only just beginning. I’m open to wherever my gifts lead me and however they make room for growth and new opportunities.
