About Dillon Francis

Producer, DJ, and comedic actor Dillon Francis is one of the funniest and most eclectic figures in dance music.

• Born and raised in L.A., Francis dabbled in graffiti, photography, and graphic design before learning to DJ.
• He embraced moombahton (reggaeton mixed with house) as his signature sound and made his mark on the EDM scene with 2011's Westside! EP, featuring collabs with genre kings Diplo, Dave Nada, Munchi, and Maluca.
• Francis’ 2015 debut LP, Money Sucks, Friends Rule, encapsulates his madman style. The genre-hopping album features candy synths, growling bass, and inane humor. Lead single “Get Low,” with DJ Snake, went platinum in the US.
• His love of Latin sounds inspired his Spanish-language 2018 sophomore LP, Wut Wut.
• A true comedian, Francis is known for publicly pranking fellow DJs. He also appeared in the 2015 movie We Are Your Friends, starred in the Vice comedy series What Would Diplo Do?, and produced the influencer-mocking web series Like & Subscribe.
