About Decebal Badila
Gifted bassist Decebal Badila was born in Constantia, Romania, in 1968. He took up musical studies at the University of Bukarest and first trained in acoustics. Later he moved to Cologne, Germany, and switched over to jazz bass. In 1997, Badila recorded his rhythmic debut album, Nothing But Bass, under the BSC Music label. "Holiday Fever," "Sad Song," "Green Fields, Blue Sky, Red Car," and "After the Rain" are some of the instrumental bass tracks you will find on this noteworthy debut.
