In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I first discovered the ocarina back in 1999. I was obsessed with the Legend of Zelda, so when I saw ocarinas were real, I begged my parents to buy one for my birthday, and from then on, I was hooked! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Jake Shimabukuro, Peace Love Ukulele Joe Hisaishi, Dream Songs: The Essential Joe Hisaishi Switchfoot, The Beautiful Letdown (Deluxe Version) Jake Shimabakuro showed me it's possible to build a career as an instrumental soloist. Joe Hisaishi is one of my main inspirations for composing. And Switchfoot (specifically Jon Foreman) showed me how to follow my convictions as an artist. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? It was an incredible honor and dream come true to perform with Nintendo's traveling concert tour, "The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses"!
