In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Holding one of my uncle’s guitars for the first time. Growing up in the ’80s, rock music was everywhere — and getting that close to the instrument that made it all happen was pure magic. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Harry Styles, Harry's House The Menzingers, On the Impossible Past The Smashing Pumpkins, Siamese Dream All three albums — Harry’s House, On the Impossible Past, and Siamese Dream — are wildly different, but they all have incredible songwriting. Front to back, they’re emotional, melodic, and deeply inspiring to me as a writer. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Marry Me, Carrie Please” Marry Me, Carry Please is a pop punk track I wrote and recorded in two days. It came out great and proved I could push myself fast and still make something I’m proud of. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? In summer 2008, I played bass with a friend’s band at a big indoor fest. We ended up playing in front of around 800 kids — it was wild, loud, and completely unforgettable. I’d never felt energy like that before. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I’ve got a long list, but having one of my songs featured in a movie or TV show would be amazing. Just hearing something I created show up in a scene — that would be surreal.
