∙ Dalida’s chart-topping 1976 dance classic, “J’attendrai,” was the first disco hit with French lyrics.
∙ During the French TV special supporting her 1984 album, Dali, she sang in 7 languages and wore more than 40 different outfits.
∙ Her life and career were immortalized in a 2005 French TV miniseries and a 2016 feature film—both titled Dalida.
