About D.C. Stoy

In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest music memories was when I was watching the movies, "The Mask of Zorro (1998)" and "The Lion King (1994)" on VHS. The movie scores were so memorable that they made me ask my parents "Why is the music like that". In love ever since. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Aaliyah, Age Ain't Nothing But a Number (Deluxe) Kendrick Lamar, good kid, m.A.A.d city (Deluxe Version) Michael Jackson, The Essential Michael Jackson Michael Jackson (BAD)- Vocal genius. Passion. 3+ music genres on one album. Original. Kendrick Lamar (GKMC) - Storytelling. City Sounds = production. Vocal genius. Original Aaliyah (AANBAN) - Vocal Genius. Her soul = to her beauty. Original. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Romance Dance” This song is my debut single so it will always have a special place in my heart. It was meant to be fun and bring joyful smiles to people's faces while listening, especially during the hot summers, as well as present romance as a happy dance song. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My most memorable moment was when my first single "Romance Dance, " played in the song rotation at a rollerskating rink! It had just recently dropped so to hear it play already brought joy coupled with honor/a humbled feeling to my heart. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To be internationally effective for the common good of all generations! Basically wherever my music journey takes me as long as it's helping people's lives in a positive way is one of my main bucket list items.
