In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Hearing the Beatle's "I Want To Hold You Hand" over supermarket speakers in Point Pleasant Beach , NJ in the early 70's as a child in a shopping cart. Something about the salty grit in that riff rattled me and set my young soul on fire.. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bruce Springsteen, Born to Run For a musical storyteller, this album remains a benchmark and standard of rock & roll liturgy. I first heard this album as a kid living on Clark Street in Point Pleach Beach across from the original Jersey Mikes on 8 track in an El Camino. Tell us why you chose this song. “Only Love Is Real” This song came during hard times and felt like it was delivered by John Lennon's ghost while encountering the Christ consciousness. The words and music embody the higest truth I know and something I aspire to live up to as I heal and grow in spirit. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Recording a live album with The New Age Blues Experience at the Stone Pony during a snow storm and lots of folks braving the elements and walking over, Asbury Park felt like an intimate, cozy small town that night where everybody knew each other.. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I love playing old theatres and hope to do more of that soon, I am also writing and releasing an autobiographical song book and working on my first Dolby Atmos release thanks to Asbury Media. I am grateful to still be around and gigging regularly.
