In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my most important early musical memories was hearing Dr. John's version of Tipitina as a kid. I'd never heard piano playing like it before and was totally blown away. From that moment on I've been trying to learn how to play like that! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Dr. John, Dr. John's Gumbo Lettuce, Crush The Meters, Rejuvenation These albums had a huge influence on me as a musician. Dr. John influenced my piano style greatly and The Meters and Lettuce brought me into the world of killing Instrumental Funk. Brilliant song writing, grooves and rhythm sections. Tell us why you chose this song. “Land Shark” This is one of the first songs we released and I just love the raw energy and live feel to it. It's grooving and on the edge in the best possible way. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Our most memorable moment as a band has to be our 1st EP launch. We played to a sold out crowd with loads of amazing special guests. It was an amazing night! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We really want to record and album and play some International Festivals as a band. We are hoping to tick these off our bucket lists soon!
