In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is feeling the rumble beneath the church pews as a kid, crawling on the floor while people stomped, clapped, and sang with passion and joy What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Babyface, The Essential Babyface Sounds of Blackness, The Very Best of Sounds of Blackness The Winans, The Winans: The Definitive Original Greatest Hits "Return" by The Winans fused gospel with new jack swing. "Sounds of Blackness" blended heritage and hope through African rhythms and gospel. Babyface’s "The Day" shaped my pursuit of musical and emotional excellence. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? As an independent artist, I was honored to be named Artist/Writer of the Year by the Gospel Music Association, a prestigious organization in the mainstream Christian and Gospel music industry. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I can't wait to employ my family and friends full-time and go on a domestic and international tour, creating unforgettable memories together. I plan to either tour with a major artist or headline the tour myself.
