In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember first learning guitar with my elementary school music teacher on the stairwell landing of my house growing up. I think I was 6 or 7 and just had finished first grade, and I learned "Ode To Joy" and went through those beginner songbooks. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Foo Fighters, The Colour And The Shape Momma, Household Name The Beatles, Revolver (2022 Mix) Revolver has always stood out to me musically and from a revelation standpoint. I love how diverse and sonically unique the album is, and I love hearing the 2022 mixes! Everlong is probably my all-time favorite song, and I love Household Name! Tell us why you chose this song. “Chasing Vampires” The reason I chose this song is that it is sort of what trajected me into the style and songwriting process of writing and recording music that I am in today and have been in ever since. It also features Mark White of Spin Doctors on bass. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? In 2023 my band and I headlined Mercury Lounge on a Wednesday and got a sellout crowd for an early album release show for my album Shopping Cart. We played all 13 songs and then ended with "Everlong" by Foo Fighters and the entire crowd sang along. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yes, I am always striving to do more as a musician, songwriter, and artist/band. While I continue to promote my album Shopping Cart, I am also working to release as many unique covers as possible, as well as get my music heard by some of my idols.
