Blue Rodeo, Blue Rodeo: Greatest Hits, Vol. 1 The Tragically Hip, Yer Favourites (International Version) International Version boygenius, Boygenius - EP Blue Rodeo and Tragically Hip are two all time Canadian Classics, featuring great melodies and memorable storytelling. Tell us why you chose this song. “Chop Wood” This is my "languishing" anthem. I pulled an oracle card, "Chop Wood." It means just keep moving forward. I love that the rhythm/riff of the song mirrors the theme. It's repetitive which gives it a droning quality as well as motion.
