In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I think I was about 10 years old when I sang in public for the first time. I remember singing “Still the One” by Shania Twain at a local talent show and I knew that day I wanted to perform and make music for people for the rest of my life. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Fleetwood Mac, Rumours Kacey Musgraves, Golden Hour Mariah Carey, Butterfly These three albums have influenced me so deeply as an artist. Each one is a no-skip masterpiece that plays between genre lines, has amazing storytelling and redefines what it means to be authentic and forward thinking. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Seeing people connect with my songs is the best part of this whole thing. I write music to make people feel seen and every time I go on stage I feel like I’m hanging with friends who are going through similar things. It feels like magic every time. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Everyone who knows me knows I am a huge Babyface fan and my biggest dream is to make a country record with him. BIG bucket list dream!
