A versatile melodic R&B and pop artist, Byron Juane emerged in 2016 under the moniker K¥NG. Schooled in jazz, classical, hip-hop, and R&B, the multi-instrumentalist (drums, guitar, trumpet, and keys) and North Carolina native dropped the K¥NG pseudonym in 2017 and issued the EP Life in the Evening. The moody, soul-tinged set included the streaming hit "Ain't Nothing" and set the tone for subsequent efforts Going Up (2019), Promise I'm Not Crazy (2020), and A Little Crazy (2022).
