About Brooklyn Queen
Despite the name, Brooklyn Queen is a Detroit native who made her teenage debut with the viral hit "Keke Taught Me" in 2017. Born in 2005, the young artist brought a bright and kid-friendly spin to trap rap, like Lil Yachty hitting the Disney circuit. Raised by a fellow rapper, she signed with BMB Entertainment at the age of 11. Soon after, she released "Keke Taught Me," "Beat the Baby," and a handful of other singles that echoed the buoyant and dance-friendly style of fellow Michiganders Ayo & Teo. In 2018, she released the singles "Emoji" and "Feeling So Wavy." ~ Neil Z. Yeung
