A self-taught composer, Brian Tyler can play more than 30 instruments. ∙ Tyler has conducted live concerts for London’s Philharmonia Orchestra, the Warsaw Philharmonic, and the Chinese National Orchestra. ∙ Two of Tyler’s biggest TV gigs, Transformers: Prime and Sleepy Hollow, have earned him Emmy nominations. ∙ His work on such blockbuster movies as Iron Man 3 and The Fate of the Furious has made him one of the highest-grossing film composers of all time. ∙ Universal Pictures asked him to rework Jerry Goldsmith’s iconic movie-intro music for the studio’s 100th anniversary. ∙ A master of logo music, Tyler has composed new cues to ESPN’s NFL coverage, Formula 1 races, US Open matches, and the Marvel Cinematic Universe. ∙ Under his EDM alter ego, Madsonik, Tyler collaborated with Wiz Khalifa, Ty Dolla $ign, Juicy J, and Kill the Noise on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles theme song, “Shell Shocked.”
