In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. October of 1998 I went to my first arena show and saw the Family Values Tour featuring Korn, Rammstein, Ice Cube, Limp Bizkit and Orgy -- the palatable energy and electric output from the stage created nothing short of a permanent stain on my being. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Alice In Chains, MTV Unplugged (Live) Live Metallica, Metallica Sunny Day Real Estate, The Rising Tide These albums presented monstrous and potent material, masterful songwriting and raw emotion, cementing these acts as all-time greats. Tell us why you chose this song. “Wolf Mask” This song was my “reintroduction” to the world after my forever band, Diamond Lane, hit the skids. Writing this riff and melody was an inspiring moment that reinforced what I’m doing with my borrowed time while in this universe of beautiful chaos. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My years in Diamond Lane saw us with hard earned sell-out shows at every key, legendary Sunset Strip venue in Hollywood. Those were insanely fun nights and cherished memories. Materializing those moments from teenage dreams to actuality was surreal. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Absolutely. There’s always much left to achieve, and always room to improve and grow. I know that my best work is ahead of me. So as long as I don’t stop and keep putting my best foot forward, I’ll get where I’m going, one way or the other.
