Tell us why you chose this song. “Death of a Valley Waltz” This song is about the flooding of the town of Monticello that resides beneath Lake Berryessa, famously documented by Dorothea Lange in 1956. Lake Berryessa is local to us and we have found that very few people in our area know its origin.
