Known as Body By Jake, Jake Steinfeld is a celebrated fitness personality, actor, and entrepreneur whose pioneering spirit, "Don't Quit" ethos, and innovative business concepts helped shape the home fitness industry. Steinfeld quickly emerged as a fitness star of the '80s, hosting his own televised workout program and authoring a popular book, video, and soundtrack, Body By Jake, featuring his anthem "Don't Quit" by Bobby Caldwell. He also parlayed his success into acting, appearing in films and starring in the sitcom Big Brother Jake. He launched the FiTTV and ExerciseTV channels, and was a longtime presence on the Home Shopping Network.
