He would play none of the traditional ways, but just slap and pop, and make the sounds he wanted. I thought everything he did was cool, so I started asking him if I could try to play his bass. Budgie, Panty Soakers 5 Béla Fleck & The Flecktones, Tales from the Acoustic Planet D'Angelo and The Vanguard, Black Messiah Each one of these projects has exceptional musicality. Tell us why you chose this song. “Reptile” I love Reptile because it has smooth, beautiful guitars, a thick kick, & glamorous low end. It's all painted over with layers of soft vocal melodies, reverbs, & bright textures. The topic & feels in this song can be heard in most of my other music.
