In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. It was first grade in the Bronx at Our Lady of Solace. We were learning the songs for church. Sister Eileen was playing guitar and I just remember being there in the front row singing my heart out. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “On My Own” I was visiting my beautiful friend Meg in Denver when she asked me to sit at her piano & write a song. We were both going through so much at the time. The song is about not being afraid to be On My Own. She's gone a while now..I miss her dearly. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? We were playing the Soiled Dove in Denver, and while singing Times Like This, I suddenly realized that the crowd was singing along with me. They knew my song! It totally blew me away.
