Angela Muñoz

Angela Muñoz is a progressive R&B artist combining and modernizing a wide swath of vintage, R&B-rooted inspirations. Referred to as an "old soul" at the age of five, the singer/songwriter, guitarist, and pianist got her start with Adrian Younge and Ali Shaheed Muhammad's Midnight Hour project, recording and touring with the group. The Los Angeleno was still in her teens when she released Introspection (2020), her Younge-produced debut album, and she has since issued Descanso (2024), an EP on Stones Throw.
