About Andrew Scott Denlinger
In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My most impactful memories are typically at shows. The first time I stood in a crowd, with people sweating and pushing all over you... I was hooked! Live music is infectious. I couldn't help but crowd surf that day What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Chris Stapleton, From A Room: Volume 2 Foo Fighters, The Colour And The Shape mae, The Everglow These three albums, though very different sonically hold one common thread between them. You can start them at track one and let it play through till it's done. I could play any of these records and sing my way through the whole thing. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Slowdown (feat. Mandy Barry)” I wrote Slowdown on the road during a very busy time in my life. I was burnt out and had lost my focus and motivation. This song is about getting back to the stuff (my kids and my wife) that matters, and letting that re-inspire my future What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My favorite musical-memories tend to be from live shows. There's one in particular that I'll always remember. Our band was playing a NASCAR event in New Hampshire a few years ago. It was packed, fun, and rocking the whole night through Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yeah, I better get a bigger bucket! I've got tons of music I am excited to eventually cut and release, plus there's so many places I'd love to play. The future is wide open
