∙ His first album, 2013’s Jattizm, won Album of the Year at the PTC Music Awards, Punjab’s equivalent of the Grammy Awards.
∙ The 2017 film Qismat, based on Virk’s hit single of the same name, became one of the biggest blockbusters in Punjabi film history.
