In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Always had the best memories of growing up in church playing the piano with my Grandmother when the service was letting out. At the age of 4, I started playing drums, which carried onto being on the Drumline in high school. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? 2Pac, The Best of 2Pac, Pt. 2: Life Mac Miller, K.I.D.S. (Deluxe) Paul Wall, Swishahouse, Paul Wall Mixtape When learning how to write music, Tupac was a big inspiration, especially after I did an English project about him in 8th grade. Paul Wall was the artist from Texas that I most closely resonated with, had a lot of comparisons to Paul and Mac Miller. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “2 For You” This song was wrote after the passing of one of my closest friends, and during one of the darkest times of life. I titled the song “2 For You” after his jersey number throughout his athletic career, #2. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Touring around multiple states throughout the South, Midwest and East Coast making memories, networking, meeting new fans and seeing all the beautiful sights in each city. Performing my first sold out show in San Antonio, Tx opening for Twista. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Just to continue to grow my fan base, and reach more people across the world. I’m super excited about the projects and opportunities to come, plus continuing to grow and develop as an artist.
